All prices on our websites are inclusive of VAT at the current prevailing rate.

We endeavour to keep our prices up to date, however occasionally mistakes can occur. If we make a mistake in the pricing on your order, we will contact you and advise you of the correct pricing. You will then be given the option of cancelling your order or to continue at the correct price.

Prices quoted on the websites are in British Pounds (GBP). All payments and refunds are conducted in this currency. Payments via the website are handled via PayPal which enables payment to be made in most major currencies. We will not be responsible for any losses as a result of currency exchange charges or exchange rate fluctuations.

Whilst every effort is made to maintain information on stock availability as accurately as possible, all items you order are subject to availability. We will check the stock of all the products ordered as we process your order and we will inform you as soon as possible if any goods are not available. We reserve the right to substitute an unavailable item with another of equivalent quality.

You are able to correct any errors on your order up to the point on which you enter your payment details and click on “make payment” or “submit” during the ordering process.

Your credit/debit card or PayPal account will be charged the full amount when your order is placed. If full payment is not received then we may, at our discretion, cancel the contract and/or postpone any further deliveries to you.

We run strict anti-fraud measures and intermittently we may need to contact you to confirm some details of your order as a part of our fraud checks. If we suspect that an order may be fraudulent or if we are unable to carry out our checks to our satisfaction, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund you in full without any prior notice.

We will attempt to deliver all orders within 30 days. If this is not achievable, we will make every attempt to contact you using the information you provide to us on your order. We accept no liability if a delivery is delayed by circumstances beyond our control or because of errors in contact, delivery or payment details.

We will deliver the goods to the address specified for delivery when placing the order. It is important that this address is accurate. Please be exact about where you would like the goods left if you are out. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions. We aim to deliver the goods by the date quoted for delivery, however delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery is late due to any cause beyond our control, the delivery date will be extended by a reasonable period and we will contact you to arrange an alternative time.
